Business Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant. By utilizing your dedication and “go-getter” attitude, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of IVCi products and services and how they can add value to our customers.
  • Provide sales cycle support to the existing sales force to increase Video Cloud Collaboration (VCC) penetration into IVCi’s traditional customer base.
  • Identify and independently pursue accounts that potentially benefit from VCC.
  • Meet and exceed Managed Video Experience (MVE) goals by closing customers.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and business development programs to promote IVCi Managed Conferencing services.
  • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer's visual collaboration service needs.
  • Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate and profitable to IVCi.
  • Travel, as necessary, to cover sales responsibilities.
  • Establish professional relationships with service provider sales and sales engineering personnel.
  • Active and ongoing prospecting in the territory. Design and implement focused prospecting tools to include webinars, seminars, email campaigns etc. to increase sales and expand IVCi's customer base in the designated territory.
  • Review & modify all contracts to validate the business risks to IVCI are minimized


  • 3 year’s experience selling Video as a Service (VAAS)
  • Ability to identify and independently pursue accounts that potentially can benefit from Managed Conferencing services.
