Creative Marketing Manager

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to understand the strategic goals of the brand and develop new and exciting creative assets.
  • "Own" the website including content updates, new page design, and maintenance.
  • Provide reporting and metrics on website performance.
  • Provide creative support for field marketing campaigns including the design of print media, logos, email campaigns, tradeshow visuals and microsites.
  • Manage outside resources including printers, photographers, SEO organizations, and freelancers.
  • Quality control, including proofing and reviewing of creative output.
  • Study the marketplace, continually assessing where the company stands in relation to its competition from a creative branding perspective.
  • Always evaluating new and exciting creative and marketing technologies to implement within the company.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year institution (preferably with a marketing or design focus)
  • 1-3+ Years of experience
  • Superior collaboration skills
  • Superior understanding of advertising and marketing principles
  • Superior knowledge and practical application across Adobe suite of products (Flash, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver)
  • Superior Knowledge of HTML/CSS & Wordpress
  • Open mind and desire to learn
  • Experience in SEO/SEM is a MAJOR plus
  • A strong portfolio of both online and print design available for review
