Robert SwingPresident and Chief Executive Officer
Bob is the founder and CEO of IVCi. He created the company in 1995, based on his vision of collaboration; he wanted to enable businesses to seamlessly connect their employees through the power of technology. Today, IVCi is an award-winning organization that is recognized by Systems Contractor News (SCN) as one of the top 50 integrators in the US. Bob’s priority is to achieve the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in the industry, and he has hired and coached his team to make this a company-wide priority. His role has evolved to include overseeing the company’s business initiatives, profitability, and bringing new products to market. Prior to IVCi, Bob started his career in technology as a customer engineer with IBM on Long Island. He has been involved with collaborative technologies including video conferencing networks, audio visual (AV) integration, and managed conferencing services for more than 25 years.
Tim HennenPresident, Enterprise Sales & Engineering
Tim manages the enterprise sales and sales support departments and is the company leader and spokesperson for audio visual solutions design. Prior to this role Tim was Senior Vice President of IVCi’s award winning AV integration department which he created in 1999. He is responsible for driving design excellence and for leading IVCi to be one of the premier AV integration companies in the US. Prior to joining IVCi, Tim worked as the Operations Manager at Advanced Sound Company, an organization focusing on the integration of large-scale audio systems.
Curtis HeathSenior Vice President of Business Operations
Curtis joined IVCi in 2010, bringing with him over ten years of experience in strategic business optimization and administration. Curtis oversees IVCi’s business operations, including implementation, service delivery, and information technologies. He is the driving force behind the development and implementation of innovative technologies, tools, and processes that have improved IVCi’s customer-focused solutions, customer satisfaction, and company efficiencies.
Chris BöttgerSenior Vice President – UC Collaboration Services
Chris is IVCi’s spokesperson and strategist for unified communications (UC) collaboration, and he manages the company’s UC collaboration partnerships. Chris is responsible for UC collaboration solution sales and product innovation, and also leads IVCi’s healthcare and education sales initiatives. For over a decade, Chris has been a driving force behind IVCi’s service innovations, including IVCi’s award-winning, cloud-based video services. Today these services enable some of the largest companies in the US to reliably and securely collaborate across the globe. Chris’ previous experience includes senior positions at Polycom, PictureTel and Schneider Electric in both Europe and the USA. Chris holds a B.Eng (Honors) Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southampton University, UK.
Charles MacliMarketing Executive
Charlie brings extensive expertise in sales management, marketing, and executive management to IVCi. Charlie joined IVCi in 2002, after holding management positions with the technology companies Digital Equipment Corporation and PictureTel. His leadership role at IVCi has evolved from Executive Vice President overseeing sales and marketing to President of the company, and under his guidance IVCi’s revenue has grown by 600%. Throughout his career, Charlie has consistently focused on delivering the services that customers need to successfully implement technology for their strategic advantage. Charlie is now starting the next chapter of life and is semi-retiring. By narrowing his focus to IVCi’s marketing, Charlie can balance his passion for the collaboration industry with his other personal interests. Charlie holds a BS degree in mathematics and an MBA in management information systems from Iona College.
