Although some conferencing service companies allow you to schedule a multipoint call with a web interface, IntelliNet offers you the power of the award-winning Forgent Networks ALLIANCE SCHEDULER. This is an enterprise scheduling system that not only schedules ANY call (multi-point, point-to-point and gateway), but also all of the resources associated with that call: the room itself, the people and any special needs like catering or equipment deliveries. All participants will be invited automatically via email, and they can have the meeting added to their Microsoft® Outlook® or Lotus Notes® calendar with the click of a button.
At the time of the meeting, the participants simply walk into the room and the call will have automatically connected either to the remote point or into the multi-point bridge. No more having to figure out how to use the system, what numbers to dial or decipher why you are not connecting to the other sites. The meeting can be scheduled by anyone in your organization who is registered, and you even have the option to add your conference rooms that aren't video-enabled so that these can be scheduled for your local in-house only meetings.
