Mr. Swing has been managing the growth of IVCi since its inception in 1995. He continues to drive a significant increase in sales each year, and 2007 was no exception with revenue reaching well over $60 million. Under Mr. Swing's tenure, IVCi has been recognized by multiple manufacturers for its tremendous growth, and for providing the highest level of customer service and support. 2007 awards and recognition include TANDBERG's AV and Service Provider of the Year, NSCA Excellence in Business Award, ranking # 9 on Systems Contractor News magazine's top 50 integrators list, and being named to the VAR Business 500. Prior to founding IVCi, Mr. Swing was a senior sales manager for a regional computer systems integration firm on Long Island. Mr. Swing started his career in technology as a customer engineer with IBM on Long Island. He has been involved with IP networking, video conferencing and managed conferencing services for more than 16 years.

Charles Macli is the Executive Vice President of Sales for IVCi. Charlie brings to IVCi extensive sales and sales management experience within the technology industry and has held senior sales management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation, PictureTel and Genuity. During his tenure at PictureTel, a name synonymous with video conferencing in the 1990’s, Charlie held a variety of positions including Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region and Worldwide Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the successful Enterprise Service Division. Charlie’s expertise in video conferencing, IP services and outsourced services will help IVCi continue to deliver the best products, services, and support to our existing and new customers.


Chris Bottger, Vice President and General Manager - IntelliNet MCS®

Chris Böttger is responsible for defining, implementing and managing IVCi's IntelliNet MCS®—Managed Conferencing Services. During his tenure at the company, Mr. Böttger has been instrumental in developing the award-winning IntelliNet IP video conferencing services. In addition, he is also responsible for building a turnkey solution that allows our customers to add both video streaming and Web conferencing services to their IVCi managed conferencing environment. This includes the ability to provide any of IVCi's solutions either as a service, hosted in IVCi's data center or as an on-premise installation. With a strong focus on total solutions, Mr. Böttger's previous experience at various senior levels with Polycom, PictureTel and British Telecom has helped IVCi provide its customers with the right end-user applications and IP services to meet their business objectives.


Tim Hennen, Assistant Vice President, Audio Visual & Systems Integration Team

Tim Hennen is the Vice President of IVCi’s nation-wide audio/visual and systems integration team. In this role, Tim is responsible for ensuring that all integrated audio/visual projects are properly designed, managed and implemented, and that the expectations of every IVCi customer are met and exceeded. Prior to joining IVCi, Tim worked as the Operations Manager at Advanced Sound Company, an organization focusing on the integration of large-scale audio systems. Tim has completed dozens of manufacturer’s certified training courses. He is ICIA CTS certified, and works diligently to maintain a substantial knowledge base of audio/visual and conferencing technologies.

Andrea Durcan is IVCi’s Vice President of Human Resources, and in 1995, she became the company’s very first employee. During her tenure, Andrea’s role has evolved through various responsibilities, including performing administrative functions, order management, and most recently, maintaining responsibility for the company’s finance needs. She currently manages all aspects of human resources for IVCi, including health and dental plans, 401K and pension plans, and has implemented a variety of additional employee benefits over the course of the last few years. In addition, Andrea is responsible for all aspects of IVCi’s corporate tax requirements as the company continues its award-winning growth and expansion across the country.

Karen Cantalupo joined IVCi in 1996 during the early years of the company's existence. Over the last 10+ years of her employment, Karen has been instrumental in developing the internal processes and procedures for a number of IVCi's financial and logistical functions. Her expertise in product procurement, allocation and order delivery has enabled IVCi to develop strong relationships with both clients and vendors alike, and has become a critical factor in the company's ongoing success. As Assistant Vice President of Purchasing and Order Management, Karen is responsible managing the majority of IVCi's day-to-day account functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and Sales Order Management.

Tom E. Nyhus is IVCi's Assistant Vice President of Engineering and Technology Management and has been with the company since January of 2002. Mr. Nyhus is a seasoned technology professional with more than 15 years of creating and implementing business process and systems support operations, with the last 5 years of his career focused on Technology and Information Systems—building, staffing and managing data center operations and network operations centers. He is responsible for managing the design and technical aspects of all IVCi systems and network infrastructure, specifically related to our IntelliNet MCS®—Managed Conferencing Services—and IP network, as well as our corporate IT environment. Tom holds industry leading certifications from Cisco and Microsoft.
