New Survey Demonstrates IVCi's Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

The results of a comprehensive survey of IVCi's audio visual customers indicate 100% of respondents would return to IVCi for their future AV needs.

 

HAUPPAUGE, NY - August 12, 2010 - IVCi, LLC (www.ivci.com) a leading integrator of high-definition video conferencing solutions, telepresence systems, audio visual equipment, and managed conferencing services, today released the results of a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey of its audio visual (AV) integration customers.

The results of the survey compiled in August 2010 indicate a 94% overall satisfaction rate with IVCi's AV solutions, and 100% of respondents indicated they would turn to IVCi for future AV needs. In addition, IVCi scored high marks on responsiveness, implementation team professionalism, and overall project management.
