IVCi Launches IntelliNet Managed Conferencing Services

IntelliNet MCS expands on IVCi's successful IntelliNet video conferencing service launched in 2002 and recognized that year as “Best New Video Conferencing Service” by Frost & Sullivan. Additionally, it now provides enterprise-class Web conferencing and video streaming offerings that can be delivered as an outsourced ASP service, or purchased by the customer and hosted at IVCi's Data Center, or integrated into the customer's network environment.

• Managed Service - provides conferencing technologies in an outsourced (ASP) pay-as-you-go format to customers that cannot cost-justify the purchase of equipment, software or associated maintenance and support.
• Managed Hosted - for companies that prefer a fixed cost for unlimited usage and can cost-justify the purchase of conferencing equipment or software, but do not have the internal infrastructure, technical staff or network bandwidth to host the equipment within their own facilities. • Managed On Premise - for companies that prefer a fixed cost for unlimited usage and can cost-justify the purchase of conferencing equipment or software, and have the internal infrastructure and network requirements to host the solutions themselves. Either the customer manages the solution on their own, or IVCi handles this aspect for companies who do not have the support staff or internal knowledge-base to monitor, manage and operate the equipment and software themselves.
