Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Swing founded IVCi in 1995. His vision has centered on bringing people anywhere together through the power of technology. Mr. Swing has built an award-winning organization that is recognized by manufacturers and clients as providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in the industry. Mr. Swing's role has evolved to include overseeing the company's business initiatives and streamlining new products to market. Mr. Swing started his career in technology as a customer engineer with IBM on Long Island. He has been involved with IP networking, video conferencing and managed conferencing services for more than 19 years.

Charles Macli
President
Charlie brings to IVCi LLC extensive sales management, marketing and executive management experience from several technology companies including Digital Equipment Corporation, PictureTel and Genuity. In all his assignments Mr. Macli focused on and gained valuable experience delivering the services customers required to successfully implement technology for strategic advantage. Mr. Macli joined IVCi in 2002 and has guided our sales and marketing efforts resulting in record revenue and customer satisfaction attainment before being promoted to President. Mr. Macli holds a BS degree in Mathematics and a MBA in Management Information Systems from Iona College.

Curtis Heath
Senior Vice President of Business Operations
Curtis Heath joined IVCi in 2010 and brings over ten years of experience in strategic business optimization and administration. In his role, Mr. Heath has successfully brought new efficiencies and better alignment of all of IVCi's core business units. In addition, his extensive technology expertise has helped IVCi to continue to maintain its market leading position through systems and processes that align directly with our customers' needs.

Chris Böttger
Senior Vice President, Managed Conferencing Services
Chris Böttger is responsible for defining, implementing and managing IVCi's Managed Video Experience. During his tenure at the company, Mr. Böttger has been instrumental in developing this award-winning managed service that provides successful video meetings to customers in 86 countries. With a strong focus on total solutions, Mr. Böttger's previous experience at various senior levels with Polycom, PictureTel and British Telecom has helped IVCi provide its customers with the right end-user applications and IP services to meet their business objectives.

Tim Hennen
Senior Vice President, Audio Visual Integrated Services
Mr. Hennen oversees IVCi's award winning AV integration department. Prior to joining IVCi, Mr. Hennen worked as the Operations Manager at Advanced Sound Company, an organization focusing on the integration of large-scale audio systems. Mr. Hennen has completed dozens of manufacturer's certified training courses. He is ICIA CTS certified, and works diligently to maintain a substantial knowledge base of audio/visual and conferencing technologies.

Karen Cantalupo
Vice President of Contracts and Strategic Administration
Karen Cantalupo joined IVCi in 1996 during the early years of the company's evolution. Over the last 14+ years of her employment, Karen has been instrumental in developing the internal processes and procedures for IVCi's financial and logistical functions. In her current role, Karen leads a cross functional operations team that is working to align all of IVCi’s operations by consolidating processes and developing new efficiencies and procedures to move the company forward.

Tom Nyhus
Vice President, Engineering and Technology Management
Tom E. Nyhus has been with IVCi since January 2002, and is responsible for new and emerging technologies. He manages the design and technical aspects of all of IVCi’s customers’ systems, including network infrastructure related to the Managed Video Experience – services environment. Mr. Nyhus heads up the Advanced Technical Services team of solutions architects, sales engineers, field engineers and consultants who work with new and emerging technologies like telepresence and the complex infrastructure solutions surrounding video and unified collaboration. Mr. Nyhus ensures that IVCi can provide its customers with the most update-to-date technologies and services possible.

Cliff Frankenberger
Vice President, Audio Visual Integration Services
Cliff Frankenberger joined IVCi in 1999 and oversees the audio-visual implementation teams for the company’s audio visual and systems integration division. In this role, Mr. Frankenberger ensures that every customer receives timely and professional project management, field installation and training support for all integrated projects. Mr. Frankenberger and his team ensure proper coordination between IVCi, our customers and any third party contractors that are critical to the success of all projects. Cliff is an Infocomm CTS Certified Audio Visual Specialist.

David Lemperle
Vice President of Sales - Service
Mr. Lemperle brings extensive sales experience within the visual collaboration industry to IVCi, with a 17 year track record of helping customers deploy solutions that are application specific and that meet each their individual business needs. Mr. Lemperle's focus on IVCi's Managed Video Experience (MVE) services ensures customers are able to achieve the highest level of ROI in their visual collaboration investment.

Paul Fragalle
VP Sales - South Central Region
Mr. Fragalle manages customer accounts in the South Central Region and is responsible for video conferencing and telepresence sales, Managed Conferencing Services and AV integration in the South, Southwest and Midwest states. Mr. Fragalle is a degreed educator with an MS in Secondary Education. This experience enables Mr. Fragalle to consult on Distance Education requirements for academic institutions and training applications for companies looking to design and implement a better learning experience for their students and employees.

Tom Bottini
VP Sales - Northeastern Region
Tom Bottini has over 20 years of experience selling solutions and services within the video conferencing industry. Since joining IVCi in 2004, Tom has consulted with some of IVCI’s largest clients in developing their strategy for video conferencing to ensure that they are optimizing their return on investment. Tom will continue to leverage his industry expertise and experience in growing IVCI’s list of satisfied customers.
