IVCi Public Room Experience
Public Room Experience provides access to a world-wide network of over 3,000 domestic and international public video conferencing and Telepresence rooms. When colleagues, business partners and clients do not have access to a video room, Public Room Experience allows them to participate anywhere in the world from a fully equipped, state-of-the-art video conference facility.
When used in conjunction with IVCi's Managed Video Experience, participants simply show up at the requested public room at the appropriate time and the meeting can begin. Our team of experts will manage the entire process; from room testing to connectivity and other logistics.
