Letter of Appreciation

We would like to share with our readers a letter of appreciation we received from one of our clients.

I was asked to see if we could include a video conference hookup, so that these eight Japanese scientists could present their talks and attend the conference remotely. Unfortunately, the auditorium where the workshop was to take place had no video conferencing equipment.
