IVCi Ranked Among North America's Top 500 Technology Integrators by Everything Channel for 3rd Consecutive Year

IVCi has been recognized by Everything Channel as one of North America's top technology integrators for the third consecutive year. IVCi placed number 362 in the 15th annual VAR 500 ranking.

The VAR 500 list details the leading revenue producers among technology integrators and technology solution provider organizations in North America. The list's ranking is based on gross worldwide revenue of hardware and software sales, as well as earnings from professional and managed information technology (IT) services.

IVCi provides best in class needs analysis and design, in-house control system expertise, state-of-the-art AV fabrication and testing, and managed conferencing services to its customers nationwide.

To complete the 2009 ranking of the 500 largest North American solution providers, system integrators, VARs and IT consultants, companies were asked to complete an online questionnaire to determine prequalification. In February 2009, Everything Channel conducted extensive research and analyzed the data. Independent data sourcing (e.g., SEC filings, annual reports, etc.) also was conducted. Finalists were ranked according to their fiscal year 2008 revenue, based only on their reseller-related services business.

Letter of Appreciation

We would like to share with our readers a letter of appreciation we received from one of
our clients.

Dear IVCi,

I want to thank you for the accommodations you made in providing a loaner TANDBERG video conferencing system to Brookhaven National Laboratory for an important conference.

Brookhaven National Lab was hosting a conference for 100 scientists from 14 countries from May 20-22, 2009. On May 12, it was learned that eight Japanese scientists that were supposed to attend were quarantined at home because of the swine flu. I was asked to see if we could include a video conference hookup, so that these eight Japanese scientists could present their talks and attend the conference remotely. Unfortunately, the auditorium where the workshop was to take place had no video conferencing equipment.

I called you and explained the situation. You immediately replied that you had a system that we could use as a loaner. On May 13, you located a TANDBERG 3000 MXP, and on May 14 you brought the system to Brookhaven and installed it without charge to Brookhaven. We were able to connect to Japan and with some subsequent repair of an audio cable, we were able to get excellent quality audio and video between Brookhaven and Japan.

The conference was enormously enhanced by having eight Japanese scientists participate. We were able to set up what many people thought were the best remote talks for a conference that they had ever seen. In fact, many people had never seen such remote talks in a scientific conference! So this was a pioneering event in the field that could lead to more usage of such connections.

On behalf of all the parties involved at Brookhaven, I wish to express our profound appreciation to you for your extremely generous gesture of helping to ensure the total success of this conference.
