IVCi Enhances Cisco's One-Button-to-Push Functionality for Interoperable and B2B TelePresence Calls

IVCi has exciting news for our customers! We have recently expanded our Telepresence Connect service to include interoperable and business-to-business Cisco TelePresence calls. This service, which is a part of IVCi's suite of video managed services deployed to customers around the world, manages a company's entire meeting experience. Many managed services simply manage the meeting's infrastructure.
IVCi's Telepresence Connect enhances Cisco's One-Button-to-Push (OBTP) to ensure OBTP is programmed for all call types, including telepresence-to-telepresence, telepresence-to-high definition/standard definition video conferencing, and telepresence-to-businesses (B2B). Any type of call can be fully automated, and there is no user or support personnel action needed. Clients of this service include businesses that may already have managed services from their current Telco, or from Cisco.
