IVCi Announces Strong Leadership Changes Robert Swing Named New Company President

HAUPPAUGE, NY – November 2, 2001 – International Video-Conferencing, Inc. (IVCi), (www.ivci.com), an INC 500 ranked global integrator of video conferencing and audio/visual solutions, today announced the promotion of Robert Swing, one of the co-founders of IVCi, as the new President of the company. The announcement was made today by the company’s CEO & Chairman, Adam Zeitsiff.

A seven year veteran of the video conferencing industry, Mr. Swing has held the role of executive Vice President of sales & marketing for IVCi since starting the company with Mr. Zeitsiff in early 1995. In this position, he led the company to record sales growth year after year, including accolades such as PictureTel’s Reseller of the Year in 2000, and VCON’s Northeast Reseller of the Year for 1999 and 2000. In his new role, Mr. Swing will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of IVCi, including the management of the national sales force, marketing staff, engineering and customer support teams, vendor relationships, as well as overseeing the company’s rapidly expanding audio/visual division. Mr. Swing will report directly to the company’s CEO.
