The on-site survey is followed by the development of detailed CAD drawings that show exact placement of the Polycom RPX HD suite, as well as a “make ready” document that illustrates any facilities changes that are required to being the installation process. Once the customer’s RPX suite has been shipped to the customer site, a team of specialists arrives to assemble the room, conduct extensive testing and validation of the solution, ensure customer acceptance of the installation, and provide orientation sessions for customer representatives.
