CIT ExStream now allows you to instantly stream MPEG-4 high quality video and audio from anywhere...on any network!

ExStream is a mobile wirelessly enabled MPEG 4 encoder that streams realtime video and audio from 56Kbps to 2Mbps @ 30 Frames Per Second. Equipped with a high performance 802.11b/g diversity LAN network and battery powered for true mobility and connectivity. With an integrated Pan/Tilt and Zoom camera that can be remotely controlled or locally controlled via the hand held IR controller. The integrated 13” LCD video monitor provides for local video display.

ExStream is based on VBrick’s 4200 VBXcast ISO MPEG-4 fully embedded video network appliance platform with embedded web server. “Wireless mobility, quality and ease-of-use put the ExStream in a class by itself.”

ExStream broadcast can be viewed by anyone with an Intranet/Internet connection and standard MPEG-4 media player (QuickTime, RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, or VBrick's free Stream Player). ExStream Now supports HTTP tunneling allowing you to stream easily through virtually any firewall!

ExStream (EXS) Specifications

• The self-contained rechargeable battery power system provides power for 2-3 hours of use. For long term operation the system can be connected to standard 120Vac house power.
• The high performance 802.11b/g diversity wireless LAN network provides the very robust mobile communication required.
• ExStream camera and video monitor can also be adjusted pneumatically to the correct height for the best video perspective. No camera operator required!
• The integrated CCD Pan/Tilt and Zoom camera can be remotely controlled via active X and locally controlled via the hand held IR controller. The local video image is displayed on the integrated 13” LCD video monitor (Optional 15” or 20”)
• Optional integrated devices such as a MiniDV camcorder, Inspection Scope, Heads-up Display, DVD player, wireless microphone or MiniDV VCR can connect easily.
• ExStream was designed with a small footprint, low center of gravity and 5 large wheels enabling ease of movement with minimal space requirements.
• ExStream delivers live broadcasting with full-featured encoding and real time delivery.
