The Polycom RPX (RealPresence Experience) 200 Series is a standards-based, video and acoustically tuned telepresence environment designed to provide the ultimate collaboration experience by integrating the best video, voice, and data technology into a luxuriously-appointed, symmetrical all inclusive, freestanding, modular meeting room.

For a very affordable price, these systems combine an elegant. telepresence environment with life-size video conferencing capabilities. Polycom EyeConnect techniques and technology deliver near DVD-quality and no noticeable audio or video delay, so groups up to 18 participants can interact productively in real time with colleagues across the city or around the world. The patented EyeConnect design and proven technology deliver an interactive, immersive experience that feels just like everyone is in the same room together.

Projectors and cameras are discretely hidden behind the giant screen, so participants don't notice the equipment. Polycom RPX 200 Series: A Freestanding, All Inclusive, Modular Telepresence System That Will Fit Just About Anywhere

The Polycom RPX 200 series models allow seating for four up to 18 people and can be installed in rooms that are approximately 500 square feet. Multipurpose models have tables set away from the screen, which allows for sales presentations, training and general meeting use when a video conference is not in session. Plus, some models provide room for additional seating in a raised back row.

Locations require a basic telephone connection and two 120-volt power plugs. From there, every aspect of getting the room connected, from working with IT and facility managers to ordering circuits from the local telecom company, will be handled by Polycom Platinum Certified Reseller and Certified Service Partner, IVCi. Standard turn-time for manufacturing, installation and network connection is approximately 60 days.
