Maintenance Contract Options

If you do have a problem that requires equipment replacement, there are three general offerings that can be tailored to your company's needs.

  • IVCi Managed Care
    Provides access to the IVCi help desk, which is staffed by trained technical specialists who can diagnose your problem remotely. Required parts are shipped the same day (if call is received before 2pm EST, for installation by the customer).

    Includes the same services as Managed Care with the added benefit of having a technician dispatched to the customer's site the following business day, along with the required replacement equipment.

    For A/V integrated installations, this includes the same services as Managed Care with the added benefit of having a technician dispatched to the customer's site the following business day, along with the required replacement equipment.
