Polycom Room Control can control conference room equipment from a remote location thousands of miles away—or just across the hall. That means users can facilitate conference room set up and last-minute changes.

With the Polycom Room Control, it's easy to activate IP and serial devices through a video router or IP-to-serial unit. This enables administrators to facilitate room devices from the web and puts them in control. For example, the administrator can turn the lights on or off in a conference room without being present. And when problems occur, users won't have to send someone to the conference room—because everything can be controled remotely. The Polycom Room Control enables users to hard reboot a video endpoint; pan, tilt, or zoom cameras for a better view of the speaker; even raise and lower projection screens.

Take control of your time and productivity through the use of the Polycom Room Control. This module requires the Polycom Video Network Management module to enhance the conferencing experience for the participants.
