Visual Communication for Correctional Facilities

The TANDBERG Visitation Solution is an integrated product designed to simplify the video visitation process within a correctional facility. Developed in a modular format, the Visitation Solution is configurable to fit the varied requirements of individual correctional facilities. The administrator can easily connect a visitor to an inmate using video communication technology - all at the touch of a button on the intuitive touch panel.

The TANDBERG Visitation Solution controls the visitation process using any TANDBERG video system. Administration of the visitation process is made easier, safer and more effective..

Inmate Visitation Control

1. A quick glance at the inmate station screen on the touch panel shows the administrator the status of each inmate visitation room. A green outline indicates availability.
2. A simple touch of the screen reserves an available room for the visitation. Once this is completed a new, similar page will open for the administrator to choose a visitor room.
3. The call will then connect as soon as the inmate picks up the handset on his or her system.
