AV Room Certification
At IVCi, we leave no rock unturned. After installation and before certifying your AV room, our Field Engineers do a thorough analysis of your solution including:
- Testing of all audio and video hardware
- Evaluation and calibration of software
- Performance evaluations of the control system and graphical user interface (GUI)
- Environmental testing for lighting and acoustics
IVCi certified engineers use the highest quality equipment to perform this full range of tests. When everything passes, they certify the AV project. Pictures are taken of the room and drawings are updated, so IVCi has an accurate recording of your room. You are then trained on how to use your technology.
As a final step for closing-out the AV project, the Project Manager assigned to your implementation provides you with a delivery packet. It includes schematic drawings of your solution (or as-built record documents), a user manual, specific device user manuals, and service and support information.
Enjoy using your new collaboration space! And, if you hit any snags, don’t worry. IVCi has a 24/7 Help and Live Video Assist where IVCi technicians are virtually in the room with you for diagnosis and repair. Don’t forget to check out our video conferencing maintenance plans. With a service contract, you’ll protect your investment and have the help you need when you need it.
